Every entry at these awards is assessed by an independent judging panel.
All our judges are experienced business professionals with a passion for dealing with customer complaints, and many of them have judged with us several times before.
They assess entries in two stages: half their score is for the written submission, and the other half is for the live online presentation on the day of the Awards Finals.
