Jack Lobaczewski

Jack started his journey as part of a regional Electrical Wholesaler's domestic renewables division, tasked with complaints handling. Jack was approached by a retail finance provider to provide expertise in resolving a renewable install dispute under a Section 75 claim. Jack's performance in case handling spurred on an influx of cases awarded to him and subsequently Remedial Solutions UK was born. Jack now oversees a team of home improvement repair specialists who operate on behalf of major UK lenders, acting as a liaison between customer and lender in order to resolve complex cases across the home improvement & renewable sectors.
