About Us

The UK Complaint Handling Awards is organised by Awards International.

Our vision is to create exceptional winning experiences and deliver awards that are seen as the ultimate marque of achievement. By enabling guests to come together and compete for these accolades, we transform careers and businesses through recognition, knowledge creation and opportunities for personal and business development.

Awards International was founded in 2008 by our CEO Neil Skehel and late Chairman, Don Hales. Since then, we’ve grown in size and status, and are now the proud organisers of 12 different awards programmes around the world.
