However, access to open presentations from other finalists, Complaints Gurus talks events and the awards ceremony will be reserved to ticketholders.
Additionally, any winners who have not purchased tickets will be charged if they choose to receive their customised trophy.

The Awards Finals for the UK Complaint Handling Awards will take place live online on March 10, 2022. The Awards Ceremony will take place live online on the March 17, that’s when each category winner will be revealed.
On the day of the Finals, you will be allocated a 30-minute presentation slot for each category you’re in. These run throughout the day, from 9am to 1pm. A presentation schedule with exact timings will be announced well ahead of the event. From these 30 minutes, you will have 15 minutes to present your initiatives and 15 minutes to answer questions from the judges. You will be presenting your cases in front of a judging panel, different for each category. If you choose to have an open presentation, there will be an audience in the virtual room, usually consisting of 15 to 20 people.
All presentations to the judging panel are delivered live in London. You are not required to submit your presentation in advance of the final.
As the judges will ask questions after the finalists' presentation, it is highly recommended that all stakeholders are present.
There is always a full schedule of ‘open’ presentations at the finals. This is an amazing opportunity to watch and learn from other finalists. Sharing best practice is one of the focal points of being part of our awards. Viewing open presentations is only available to finalists who have booked tickets to attend the final.
After winners are announced live on March 10, we will share details on our social media platforms and via email. Details of winners and successful initiatives will also be featured in
Customer Experience Magazine .
No matter the result, all finalists will receive a full judges’ feedback report within three weeks of the event. A survey sent out after the Awards will also allow you to give us your vital feedback on the experience.
