Attending the Awards

For full access to the Awards Finals and Ceremony, held on March 10 and 17 respectively, you’ll need to purchase tickets.


Complaint handling is a team sport: without invaluable contributions from workers on the front line, success simply isn’t possible. For this reason, each finalist will have to book at least five tickets and celebrate alongside the team members that made success a reality.
