The Awards Finals

The Awards are a full-day experience, held online from start to finish using the latest videoconferencing software.

From 9am to 1pm, finalists present their initiatives in front of independent judging panels: this is the Awards Finals. Each category will have its own “room”, administered by a member of the Awards International team, in which each of the category’s presentations will take place. Many of these are open to spectators, so you’ll have the opportunity to attend open presentations throughout the day and see dozens of examples of top complaint handling.

Before or after your presentation, you can also network with hundreds of other complaint handling professionals.

We’re also pleased to announce that there will be a series of talks from complaint handling experts running in parallel with the finalists’ presentations. #ComplainNow will feature leading thinkers offering their insights on complaint handling trends, culminating in a panel discussion with all the speakers.

Throughout the day, you’ll have the chance to learn, connect - and win!

The Awards Ceremony

Once the presentations are finished, we will all come together online for the Awards Ceremony. Featuring a keynote speaker, musical entertainment plus, of course, the announcement of the winners, it’s an extraordinary celebration of the achievements of complaint handling professionals across the country.

In our experience, those who attend with their teams have the best Awards experience. Celebrating your success with those that made it possible makes the whole event more special.

This is your chance to get recognition for your efforts, and gain a greater appreciation for the progress made in complaint handling over the last year. We hope you can join us!

Tickets

Tickets will be available from 19th March.

Join your organisation’s finalist team at the LIVE Online Awards finals to enjoy the Awards experience, network, learn best practice, and much more.

Tickets include:
- Access to your team’s live presentation before the judging panel
- Access to open presentations by other UK CHA finalists - learn how the UK’s top firms are handling complaints
- Attend a special online conference, details of which will be revealed soon
- Network with hundreds of Awards finals attendees via our unique networking app
- Attend the Awards ceremony and cheer on your team as the day’s category winners are revealed

Finalists tickets prices:

Early Bird until April 23rd
- Single ticket: £399
- Three tickets: £599
- Ten tickets: £1359

Standard price from April 24th to May 7th
- Single ticket: £499
- Three tickets: £799
- Ten tickets: £1559

Non-finalist ticket prices:

Early Bird until April 23rd
- Single ticket: £449

Standard price from April 24th to May 7th
- Single ticket: £549

For the best finalist experience, it is recommended to purchase tickets to the event. However, this is not mandatory.

For those who do not book tickets, one person from an organisation can present the entry to the panel of judges in their category/ categories.

Access to open presentations from other finalists, participating in Trend Talks events, or attending the awards ceremony will not be available for those who have not booked tickets.

Any category winners who have not purchased tickets will be charged if they wish to receive a trophy.
