Co-Founder & Director


Will is Co-Founder and Director of the Collaboration Network and leads the way on their mission to be at the centre of support for cross-sector collaboration in the UK and beyond.

Will is passionate about raising standards in customer care as well as the framework of support offered to employees in relation to wellbeing. He is an ardent supporter for mental health awareness and for breaking the stigma associated with its conditions.

Will has worked across multiple sectors, both in the UK and across international territories. This includes financial services, hospitality, and housing sectors.
