As a co-founder of Resolver, helping to bring consumers and companies together to resolve complaints, and the Collaboration Network, bringing companies, regulators, ombudsman, government and academia together to share best practice in support of customer and colleagues, Mark has ten years of experience working amongst the complaints landscape and looking at different ways to change outcomes for the better. This has grown from a background in B2B sales and senior management in tech based businesses over nearly 30 years.
