Angela has been with Moet Hennessy UK Ltd since August 2014 where she is responsible for a team of Customer Service Executives based in Scotland. She is currently focussed on providing accurate Customer performance data to the business and along with the team providing an excellent customer experience. Her team have been awarded the Customer Service Excellence Award since 2017. Angela is responsible for overseeing the team processing orders, working alongside their 3PL and responsible for handling customer complaints for the UK market.
