Tom has worked in retail financial services for 22 years and has found his passion in ‘customer care’. As Head of Customer Care for Oodle Car Finance he has SLT responsibility for Complaints, Vulnerable Customers, Operational Quality Assurance, Speech Analytics and Root Cause Analysis. Tom is also a proud winner of the prestigious UK Complaint Handling Awards ‘Complaint Handling Team of the Year 2017’, when he was Head of Complaints at Provident Financial Group (Consumer Credit Division).
