Rebecca’s love affair with outstanding service delivery began 30 years ago in the financial sector as a customer champion and complaint handler. Since then she’s worked with a wide range of organisations both in-house and as an external coach and workshop facilitator. Rebecca supports service professionals with their daily challenges - particularly ‘those’ difficult conversations.
