With over 15 years of experience serving customers, Rebecca began her journey at the John Lewis Partnership. Today Rebecca manages the Customer Resolutions team at Tusker Direct LTD, an award-winning Car Benefit company that provide comprehensive car schemes for all. Her mission is to educate customers and employees on what a good customer experience looks like. Through feedback and root cause analysis she aims to continually improve on what already exists and implement what does not, in order to provide a seamless process for her customers.
