Whether it’s putting empathy into Barclaycard’s responses, helping EE write with personality or creating a human approach to communication at the Ministry of Justice, Neil gives teams inspiring and practical ways to transform their language and their culture. Over the last 18 months, The First Word team has picked up a number of awards, including Gold for Best Training at the UK Complaint Handling Awards 2019.
