I have a wealth of experience from a variety of organisations, leading, developing and empowering teams to perform at the highest level together with driving strategic change, helping me become a specialist within the complaints arena.
Now working for Ikano Bank I have driven the restructure of the operation, strengthening the overall approach to complaint and claim handling.
