Gavin is the owner and founder of LOAF Training Ltd T/a Gavin Scott. He set the business up in 2013 and helps businesses to provide exceptional customer experiences via Virtual live online learning events, e-learning solutions and animated videos. All of the concepts that Gavin shares have been hand drawn, providing a unique, fun and memorable approach to learning. He has over 20 years of experience working in a variety of sectors including retail, finance, utilities, communications and construction. Gavin uses his own experience of being in the military, of business, of sport – of life, to tell stories and create engaging learning interventions that help businesses to provide memorable customer experiences. Gavin has recently published his first Customer Experience book called, “Finding Gold Dust”, which was a No 1 “Best Seller” in Customer Services on Amazon.
