Networking at the Awards
There are almost endless possibilities for networking at the awards.
With a morning of finals and the gala lunch during the afternoon, the opportunity to meet like minded business professionals and socialise with your team has unmistakable value.
If you want to make new complaint handling contacts for whatever reason; the next career move, new business, new suppliers you will find an amazing array of companies represented, whether they are finalists' or judges.
For example. Registration starts at 08:00 and presentations start at 09:00, which gives judges and finalists time to grab a coffee and meet and greet. There is a planned networking session mid morning, and then we have the Gala lunch and Ceremony during the afternoon.
The Awards provide the opportunity for those attending not only to present their best practice to Judges in pursuit of winning, but also to learn about best practice from, and to network with like-minded professionals.
Finalists are now able to opt for their presentation to category Judging Panels to be ‘open’ for others to attend and view*. This is a great opportunity to view the Finalists presentations to the Judges, and to hear the question and answer sessions from the Judges to the Finalists to learn even more about their customer experience best practice.
