Step 1
Choose the Relevant Category and Complete Your Entry Form

Choose the relevant category or categories for your initiative, make your payment and receive that all-important entry form. Collect all the evidence and results you need to prove how your customer service techniques have made a difference

Step 2
Submit Your Entry

Once your Official entry is complete, you will need to upload it to our website for shortlisting. The entry submission deadline is Friday 21st November 2016.

Step 3
Wait to Hear If Your Entry Has Been Shortlisted

Once entries have closed, your submission will be assessed to see if it has what it takes to make it through to the Awards Finals. The shortlist of Finalists will be announced on Monday 5th December 2016. The Finalists will be invited to present at the Awards Finals presentations on Wednesday 22nd February 2016 at Park Plaza, Riverbank, London.

Step 4
Prepare Yourself for the Awards Finals

It’s now time to decide how to bring your entry to life at the Awards Finals and presentations in readiness for your live pitch to the judging panel.

Step 5
Book Your Place the Awards Finals Presentations

Bring as many of your team members along as you can! This is a great way to bring your entry to life and gives you a chance to say "thank you" for all their hard work!

Whilst you are booking your seats, your original entry submission will be judged online by the judging panel prior to the Awards Finals.

Step 6
Awards Finals Presentations

Come along and present your initiative during the afternoon. In the evening join us for the Awards gala dinner and the luxurious black tie event. Have the opportunity to network with the cream of the crop in business and gain best practice from the leaders in your industry. It is then time to discover who the Winners of this year’s coveted UK Customer Service Awards 2017 are.

Receive your benchmark feedback report

Your journey does not end here. Whether you’re a Finalist or a Winner,we will provide you with a benchmark report which will allow you to gain invaluable feedback about you initiative. And of course make sure you share your success both internally and externally!’
